 Re: frog legs
I did some legs and fronts last night in the oven and on da pit. Put cut up onion and green bell pepper, seasoned the frog up with tony's, lemon pepper and seafood seasoning and covered with aluminum foil. Oh, added a little alegro meat marinade and baked in oven at 350 for 25 minutes. Then uncovered on pit for about 15. Yum, Yum.

 Re: frog legs
Frog legs are my #1 favorite fried food!!! Here's how I cook em' up. Soak them for at least a few hours in milk and whatever seasoning you like. Take the legs and boil some water, pour the boiling water over the frog legs in a culender. This helps the muscles relax. Prepare a mixture of Pioneer biscuit mix and whatever spices you like, i go with Tony's, salt and pepper. Coat them nice and good in the Pioneer and knock off any excess. Deep fry em', but be careful not to over fry them. I like them barely cooked!!!! Then sit down with a beer and some lemon juice and enjoy!!!

 Re: frog legs
Marinate them a few days in Cajun Injector "creole garlic recipe" marinade. Season with Cajun seasoning, I make my own with red pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Wrap with a piece of bacon and throw them on the pit until they start to pull apart. Neither, under or overdone.

 Re: frog legs
For awesome fried frog legs, take two eggs, evaporated milk, a tablespoon of mustard, and Tony's, mix these together real well and marinade your frog leg's in this concoction overnight or a couple of days, and dip them in flour, fish fry, or bread crumbs or a mixture of all of these and you will slap yo' mama after eating these golden fried frogs. UM UM!!!
