 36 HP Pro Drive prop size

Post 36 HP Pro Drive prop size
My prop is A little over 12 inches. Should I replace it? Iam losing speed on my X2 18x54 boat.

Stock is 12 3/8" dia...

When you say "a little over 12", what is the exact dia?

Doubt if that is why you are losing speed...

Post up a little more about what is happening..

Original speed, new speed, boat it is on?

RPM's WOT before and now?
