Any of you guys hunting on the south end today? I heard some shootin, but more airboats than shootin. Just wonder are they helpin or hinderin? I'm workin off Blue Pond Rd; layin pipe (not the fun kind),while yall are shootin ducks. I've been driving across the dam for about four weeks now, haven't seen much but wood ducks and ninja geese. I just stopped to listen and its just a constant roar!

Damn, I used to live on Camp Joy Road years ago, before we moved to south Georgia.

Right across the channel from the camp is one hell of a crappie hole. I used to dump our old christmas trees there.

If you can launch below the dam right now and make it through the brush it opens up about a half mile down. I got a couple of wood ducks there once that tasted better than any I have had since.......
