Craig, my friend, I never threatened to sue you for anything. I've practiced law for 30 years and have never personally sued anybody, except that one time. Every dispute I've ever had with anyone has always been resolved amicably. Now the things I will do for my clients, though......!!!

I do think ya'll are taking a little risk by putting it out there. You never know when some one of color is gonna retaliate on you. I think it is better if ya'll keep it underground with secret meetings at night with special handshakes and symbolism and costumes and stuff.

J, your point is well taken...you have met him, i haven't...so you have more of a perspective to the man's character and personality than I...I'm just going by what i've read...
And for the record, i'm an "evil" gas trader...those transcripts people read from the Enron traders, all the "BS'n" we did on the phones and IM's...it ain't fun when it's being read back to you in a court of law by a bunch of lawyers that don't know what the hell you really do....and don't care...just matters what a jury will think...and it doesn't have the "fun-ness" when read back...
