 Re: Boat insurance
It is based upon boat / motor / trailer value
but on a $10,000 full coverage with replacement clause if totaled in first 3 years - Progressive is about $175 for me

 Re: Boat insurance
Older 190 HP Maxum family boat, replacement value $7K for $161
2008 Phowler / 36 HP Prodrive valued at $11K replacement value for $121
Both on same policy with Progressive for a total 12 month premium of $282. This is the only policy I have through Progressive, so there is no bundling with other rates, etc. It's a stand-alone deal. Total liablility is $500K per incident. Deductible $500. Not a bad deal from the looks of things. I am getting discounts for being a homeowner, paying the insurance in full and for multiple boats.
