 Wedges on 1656
If it is just me with 35 mb it will pourpus but if I put 250lb up front it runs fine how can I fix it

Sink it and buy an 18ft with the insurance money.
Trim tabs, wedges, weld a bead on the back, move gas tank and battery(s) up front, beat a hook in it...

 Need help with 1656
I had a 16x56 hull that did the same thing. Wedges fixed my problem.

Any welder or boat builder could slap some wedges on in about 5 minutes. I'm sure they could supply them too.

I've never dealt with wedges. Any chance you can take a picture of them on your boat and post them. Do they raise or lower the trim?

Glad to hear the wedges helped out! Like I said, they made a huge difference on my old boat.

wedges i made out of 2x2 angle they work great i get 27.2 with a 11 3/4 prop that is banged up from a concerte block
