Horsepower: 35 Boat Brand: Garrett Pearce Boat Size: 18 Boat Layout: Open Speeds | Shallow Water: 29 Speeds | Deep Water: 27.5 Total Boat Load With Gear Etc: 26.5 with two guys and gear and ice chest, I hunted 5 during teal season and managed 22mph, This rig Conditions Tested In: Glass Comments: First off, Garrett was awesome to deal with and helped out during the whole design process. I have run Go-devil combos for years but this is my first custom boat. I had read practically every post on mmt before deciding to go with Garrett. I am 100 percent satisfied with my decision too. I got the boat back in September, but didn't finish putting it together until recently. It was quite a drive from Florida to Morgan City but the wait and drive made the pick up even better. So I was on somewhat of a budget and decided to paint, hydroturf, and wire the thing myself which actually helped me learn a ton. i have dreamed of a boat like this and to put it together the way I wanted was a good deal, even though it took a while. I'm currently in the process of building a blind and will post that once I finish it. I did pretty well with the boat during teal season and limited out four of five hunts which i think is a good sign for the big opener. Here are a few pics of the progress... Re: Garrett Pearce 18x54 Bateau Muck I'm in Orlando, but during the season I'll be wherever the birds are, you in FL? Thanks Garrett, you the man! The paint you sent helped a ton, the boat has been getting a lot of attention. I think you may even be getting a phone call bc of it.
