Keep your fingers crossed....

A front is supposed to move through the area during the middle of next week. Winds Thursday & Thursday Evening on into Friday are predicted 10MPH out of the North. Winds will shift Friday evening to the NE @ 7MPH. Friday late into Saturday morning winds East @ 5PM. Saturday the winds are supposed to switch back out of the ESE @ 9 MPH. As the day wears on cloud cover will develop late Saturday into Sunday morning with strong South winds following.

(NOTE:) It's very early for this forecast, anything can change.

1. If the front stalls, it will come through later in the week and guarantee us mud.

2. Right now, according to the forecast, it looks like we'll catch the tail end of the mud. The tide / water level will return to the flats throughout the course of the day.

3. If the front pushes through faster than expected we'll be left with high tides and strong South winds for Saturday.

Im hoping for the secound option......Id rather the water coming back in toward the end of the ride so those that are stuck on the flat can get out without airboat assistance.

You should do your weather forecast on youtube in front of a green screen. I think you could be confused with a real TV weather man. And it would be funny as hell.

South w/ and incoming tide...maybe I should bring a few rods and be chasing a trout or red instead of burning gas in the mud with a bunch of hardlegs.

looks like the front is slowing down, now showing it coming friday, leaving us northeasterly wind for saturday...

SUNNY Predictions... East winds 9 MPH.... If the front stalls a little bit more we'll have N winds from Thursday- Saturday. As of right now the winds are expected Friday night into Saturday morning to switch NNE then E for Saturday during the day.

Yep, definitely on the same page here too. I like the big flat better, but aint no way I'm even gonna try it with this many boats after all that North wind & low tide.

That's what happened 2 yrs ago. The ride was on Sat & the tide was high. We all rafted up out in the flat & floated around. Went back Sunday &, well ya know the rest.

Just looked at the weather. Just packed the waders in case. I may also be bringing a winch to get DDM out. LOL It should be pretty nasty.
