Re: Economy improving faster than expected The lower number is representative of the people who are dropped from the count....ie. no longer looking for work through workforce and unemployment. That number is going down and will drop again due to peoples 99 weeks of unemployment running out and the reduction in the time one can receive unemployment benefits.......1 in 7 people now receive food stamps.....

Re: Economy improving faster than expected I'm not a harvard scholar so I guess this is way above my head, but it sure seems like the economy revolves in some sort of 4 year cyclical cycle because every election year the economy seems to miracously improve, and also the tax code gets revamped for everyone to pay lower taxes...........What a strange coincidence?
