 Boat with a hole
hey guys would it be worth my while to get a boat with about an inch hole in the bottom of it and try and patch it. The new boat is a foot longer and 6 inches wider...so it would I would have more room for gear. and able to handle what I carry better
It also has a bunch of little pin holes from some chemical sitting in the bottom that would need jb welded
It would also still be pushed by 13hp for atleast one season if not two
thanks

 Re: Boat with a hole
Patching a 1" hole ain't nothin', find a good welder and problem solved. Those pin holes you describe worry me though, if something (probably battery acid) ate a bunch of pin holes, the metal is probably pretty thin around the holes and weak as shit.

I say go for it.
For the rest of you: SHUT UP
