I think you should make a video Terry.

I call BS on 2 minutes by the way!

You can prove me wrong though, and it will only take 2 minutes. I'd say it's worth it. lol

was his old motr IIRC. Really a belt swap is pull the LU and brake caliper.. Plus if you never took off the LU Salt corrosion fills the threads and holes... Had to beat mine off when I changed my bearings.

Old grease? New grease?

Seal could need changing.

Need a new seal and wear sleeves!

BTW take the screw out Dude. If you pump grease without taking it out you will push greas out past your seals..... COmmon sense will tell you that. the seal can only hold SO much pressure then it will deform and grease will escape.

That how it supposed to be !! They put the seals backwards so as you did you pumped grease with out taking the screw out you won't blow the seal!! Take the screw out !!

Grease was already comin out since it was already in the belt housing. Was trying to figure out wher it was comin out. Well it popped out the back. Seems to be comin out a tiny hole

Btw I always take it out. First time I didn't

Yeah you have to pull the taper lock bushing off the shaft. Take out the bolt and washer in the middle, Take out the 2 allen screws that hold the pulle to the taper lock bushing. Then take one of them screws and put it in the third Empty slot and tighten it, It will push the pulley off then you can tap off the bushing. Replace seal and wear sleeve. Get some good snap ring pliers cause that snap ring that holds the seal from popping out is a BEAST.

Not bad. Maks sure you just dont have too much grease ... Run it and see if it stops. the seals are installed so if you pump too much it will let excess grease out.

Left hand threads... Left to tighten, right to loosen.
