I have an alweld it's 16x48 1990 hull it's in great condition I got it for duck huntin. I'm about to purchase a pro drive 36 hp surface drive. It weighs 338 lbs will my transum hold up it a temp thing to get through next season until I can get a slick bottom pro drive hull.

Boat will hold it up, just check the transom bracing. I run a 16-44 and pd 36.
