Is there any difference running the BPS lifters with the BPS cam vs the stock lifters? I got a BPS cam but without the lifters (used). And- am I going to regret running stock pushrods or should I get the heavy duty ones?

Lifters from BPS come in Briggs parts bags- they are same as stock
