 Need help.. Motor missing
I got a mb35 out of water with out a load runs like a top if I put a load on it it keeps missing running, running low RPMs and wants to kill.. Checked the gas, air filter, oil, fuel water separator, everything just don't know what else to do. Any help would be good. Just don't know what else to look at. Thought it might be the carb and can run it till it burns out but maybe the coils?

Is it possible that it can be over heating?

 Re: Need help.. Motor missing
Hey mine was doing same thing and I replaced coils. Plugs. Gas tank , line, filter, and all fittings. And that still didn't fix. I ended up reving mine up with prop out of water then started to trim down .it was spitting and sputtering and would bog down. I just held throttle wide open and feathered the trim to keep it running. Then all of a sudden something popped and it took off like a scolded dog. Has ran perfect ever since. Not saying this will fix yours but its worth a shot.
