 Re: 1754
Do you use the same material for the cross brace as you use for the longitudinal stringers?

 Re: 1754
Uncle j can make you a kit with everything, and you weld it together. Call him and tell him specs and he'll get you fixed up. You could probably just buy certain pieces also.

 Re: 1754
Congrats Bud! Let's see some pics of the paint job when you get it done, but if you're like me, I'd probably be too excited to put it in the water rather than the paint yard! Congrats again, those "dfou Luziana Battletanks" look like fine rigs. I'd like to see it tear up the marsh!
dfou, you're welcome for the company name...

 Re: 1754
Jacob I'm glad you're happy with your boat. I enjoyed building it and hope it does everything you want it to. Bailey, I kinda like the name! I may have to use that. I'm proud u spelled luziana right On a side note, coot I got some of those speakers you have in your boat and I'm pretty sure I made my slightly darker neighbors jealous of the "old school" master p I was bumping the other day

Watch out; those speakers might come up "missing"... Now that you say it, I'm thinking I'm gonna bump some Ghetto D to the blind this afternoon.

Think you will have problems with water collecting in between the cross braces?

You did a GREAT job on that boat. I really like the paint. Now all you have to do is put a real motor on it

 Re: 1754
I've been using my boat all duck season with a bad prop an have been runnin 22 consistant with 3 ppl and gear.....I put a new big blade on there and now this boat will get across the water (or mud lol) quick!!! Ita runnin 26- 27 consistanly now!!! I'm very happy with this rig I am runnin a stock mud buddy on it.....no tellin with it will do with mods......it's prolly the smoothest ridin boat I've ever been in....the boat was done right and is exactly what I wanted and it does everything I want it to do plus some!!!! My paint job made that think pop it turned out pretty good I think I put hydro turf on the seat/dry box and on the front deck....I went with gray it matched pretty good.....I couldn't figure out how to post pics so Dfou will be postin them for me shorty
