this is a must for anyone that posseses firearms, DO NOT expect others to go out and vote its your right take the innitiative, and protect your rights by voteing when the time comes.

Don't think a state law or constitution can dictate the constitutional scrutiny to which a law will be subject. Won't pass constitutional muster. All for it though but for the scrutiny provision. I'm not a constitutional lawyer so I'm relying on old man's memory of constitutional law.
