 Prodrive users - Water in foot

Post Prodrive users - Water in foot
Looks like I got water in the foot again. Only 39 hours on the new lower seal. Is there an upper seal? I read in another topic about getting the foot machined at Prodrive to stop this. Has anyone got this done and did it stop the problem? If it did I will send it to Prodrive. Any instructions to drop the foot would be greatly appreciated.

Did you run the motor with the prop engaged before you checked the fluid?
