 Cherry Red Muffler???? I have an 18 hp mud muddy surface drive and took it out hunting for the first time in the dark yesturday morning. When I was running it I looked back the muffler was cherry red. Is this normal for a mud buddy?? Any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks

Re: Cherry Red Muffler???? My 20hp mblt's exhaust would do that. It was almost rusted through. The bottom barrel on my MM will turn red after long runs.

Re: Cherry Red Muffler???? Ok.....I have the stock exhuast on it and it only has about 55 hrs on it so the muffler isn't really rusted, just discolored.
