 Deer and duck fajitas! Cooked something up for my concrete finishing crew tomorrow. Blackstrap, mallard breast, bells and jalapeños, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes. Cooked the veggies separate in tin foil and seared the meat on the primo. Gonna go good with some corn tortillas and chalula hot sauce!
