I think some of you have a right to be pissed at Mud Buddy for the deposites that some of you gave for the Sport and then they didn't come through on time. I have to get my credit in better shape. Hearing some of you guys go off about MB, I thought I'd go off too and it worked good by some of the reactions. Anyway, if I offended some I am sorry, just having fun (at my expense). Got some of you to laugh.

I probably shouldn't have taken it this far. I did for shits n grins try, but was very doubtful about getting a loan with a 550 credit score. I got turned down. It is what I expected. It's not Mud Buddy's fault, the dealers fault, or the credit union's fault that I have bad credit. IT IS MY FAULT. I really wasn't upset as I knew it wasn't gonna happen. I am going to work on saving for a used one that I can afford for around $1,500 and then pay cash. A $6,900 Sport 35 with Reverse isn't something I can afford, not right now and not for I don't know how long. I am looking for a used long tail that I can buy outright and have been looking here, craigslist, everywhere.

Now that's what I'm talking about start within your means and work your way up to a gtr or sport h or what ever tickles your fancy I hope you find something to ride in soon

I just dont understand how poeple with no stake in the motor are all butt hurt about the deposits.

All I know is want something faster than my Johnson 6 HP. It's not that bad, but damn it was SLOW up the Skunk River on Saturday. We did catch some nice channel cats. Nice for the pan anyway. Nothing real big. Biggest maybe 3 lbs. But perfect for eatin. Not sure that I even need a Mud Motor anyway. I don't duck hunt, not going to be running in the mud per say. Just wanted something dependable and faster. I may end up buying a used outboard 25 HP for $600 I see on Craigslist.
