Ok I just got my motor back from Al at performance v twin and got a few ?? I have a mikuni hsr carb . The carb will not open all the way So when I tighten the throttle cable so it open all the way to the stop it idles to high how can I turn the idle down ? The other ?? is after running the motor and I turn it off it wants to keep running what is making it do that thanks
