This asshole beat me down on the price of my truck with his kid crying in the background, TELLING ME he was a single parent. He said he really needed a 4wd to get around his farm to check on his cattle daily. On top of coming off the price, I paid some guys to unbolt my winch and toolbox and drive it 2.5 hours north to meet him. He'd already agreed on a price because he absolutely had to have the truck... Upon arrival, he offered my buddy $1,000 less for the truck. My padna then came to find out that this dude deals used cars "on the side." I took the phone and asked him if he even brought the money we initially agreed on. He said yes, and I told him we could talk. Before he offered me $500 less than what we'd previously agreed on, he asked my buddy if he thought there was an ATM nearby. My buddy quickly texted me, so I drew a hard line at what we'd agreed on. He couldn't pay it, so it ended up costing me $300 to get the truck there without the winch and toolbox, plus fuel to get it back home.

Give him hell, please! I've sat on his phone number for 3 months waiting for this...
