What did you film this with? And how many Frames Per Second did you have the settings on? I want to try to reduce shutter roll on my gopro.

All I can say is we launched at some pile of gravel next to the road. Better have good suspensions on your truck and your trailer!

Well....I can't say whether or not they had any mods on those motors. But, they all had some really loud exhausts and very responsive throttles. I'll be the first to admit, my barge, stock motor and worn prop make for no speed boat! I would make some speed claims about what I saw on my GPS, Saturday....but, then I might get accused of a faulty GPS or something. I did capture a screen shot on my phone, though. Here it is. So, you know those MB's were doing at least 40 mph. Too bad the GT gang wasn't there. We may have seen mud motors running 45 mph.

HA! I have to give credit to 270handiman, BlackTJ35 and wnt2bhuntin for organizing this little cruise.

If I led a ride in this area, we might not make it back to the landing! It was all totally new ground for me...but that was the best part...riding somewhere I haven't been before.

I was just playing "follow the three MB's" in front of me and hope they slow down every now and then so I didn't get lost!

I would be up for exploring any weekday afternoon. My weekends are booked solid from now through teal season. There is a question mark for the weekend of 8/24. An uncle is supposed to come visit and go fishing with me if he's not working that weekend. But, he won't know until that week. Outside of that...I have trips either for me to go north or wife coming down south, LSU game in Dallas, work weekend at the camp. I do get off of work at 3:30 and can be at the launch in about 30 minutes, though if anybody wants to go cruise around and explore the area....not that I would be able to find any of the places we went!!

I'm always up for a ride. Just let me know Im only about 20 min from the launch

Tide should be right the next few days

Yeah...but the weather is not looking too great. Even if weather was good, can't this weekend. Wife is driving down to visit. She gets all my attention this weekend. I could be up for a ride one day after work next week, though. My day usually ends around 3:30 and I am only 20-25 minutes from the launch we used last time.

Can't watch the video on iPad.

Strange. I can watch it from my iPhone. Not a tech geek so I wouldn't know why you are not able to see it from an IPad? Anybody have an answer?
