 Re: Leak down values? Modded motor not producing a lot of po Good catch CB! The only after market rods for a 32 that are made still are from PVT but you will need to make sure that the dish in your pistons are cut already.

Without that tidbit of information, you guys would have been running in circles for at least another week or so.  Now, yall go tell that guy how to fix his fuel solenoid.

And I really appreciate the positive approach from all. In fact, I think I was the only one who called me names, that has to be some sort of record.
Once again, the knowledge here is seriously impressive and I really appreciate the willingness to help. I wish there was a local shop where I could talk things over but it just isn't available for me.
I said it before and mean it, if we ever meet up the first several rounds are on me.

Re: Leak down values? Modded motor not producing a lot of po Update - pulled the heads, and discovered I have the 32 conn rods after all.  Piston face is right where it should be at TDC. Huh. Dumbass all over again. I was wrong about being wrong, still have the same issues as before. Outside lip of shaved piston is approx .025 shy of the top of the cylinder, stroke measures 3.07". Re-lapped the valves, leakdown numbers are much better but compression still below 180! So back to the beginning with this... What the hell???
