 Thanks for the ideas on boat blinds...here's mine
It took me 3 days from start to finish. I also used 3/4" emt pipe, bimini fittings, 2 camo tarps, camo netting, raffia grass, some camo spray paint and little hardware. Reeming out the bimini fittings was the hardest part. It puts up and takes down in seconds. I will be putting it to the test this weekend.

looks good, my original was held up with straps, but for my setup they got in the way too often. i made some prop rods and bolted them to each corner. works great, i can lower one corner quickly to send the dog no matter where she is in the boat.
