You nailed it. He was probably preachin it up in that bar attached to the gas station. I buy enough Diesel from that Conoco to fuel a container ship.

I didn't know there was a bar there, now. It used to be just a little Conoco...like a fuel, beer and cig kinda place. Been a while. The big blue building across 90 was the give-away for me. That used to be a machine shop many moons ago. May still be??

the station is Wag-a-pack, and the bar is Wag-a-daiquiri. The blue building has been abandoned for a long time. I'll have to raise the stakes for the next picture. I'm thinking a pack of Pal-Mal smokes, a stale can of Skoal flavor packs, and a large strawberry wag a daiquiri.

Don't drink, don't smoke, don't dip. The 3 piece, spicy wing combo with a side of onion rings, though...

When we go to MC, an order of onion rings is mandatory for my wife and I. Only the franchised Popeyes have the good rings...and we pretty much know which ones are franchised and which ones are not from New Orleans to Morgan City!

Guy goes to the doctor and asks how much longer he has got to live. The doctor asks do you Drink alcohol? Do you Smoke cigarettes? Do you Chew Tobacco? Do you stay out all night and fraternize with fast loose Women? The guy says "No I don't do any of that", and the doctor replies "You aint hardly living now".

All of that stuff is living for yourself. I live my life for a much higher power than any of that stuff. I'm looking forward to death...not going to go look for it, though. There's a much better reward waiting than alcohol, tobacco or fraternizing with loose women. But, I won't say I haven't been there, either...because I have.
