Post Worn prop??
Have a brand new to me 2006 35GDsd on a flat bottom Lowe 1648. Only seeing 21mph with 2ppl. Was expecting more. Measured the prop from center of shaft to tip of blade and it's 5". I'm assuming it was an 11" prop new. Also seems like it has less cupping than a new one.

Is that enough wear to explain lack of speed?

Thanks

If it's a 2 blade prop, I think the original size was 12x10. Even if it was 11", that's a lot of wear. You need a new prop.

An inch of wear is a lot. Not surprised most of the cupping is gone. I would think you should be in the very high 20's with that combo.

Thanks for the input. Was planning on getting the go devil prop, but are there any other better props out there? Main concern is top end with a medium load.
