Post Re: Bow rope storage
I store my rope in the front bow compartment or under the extended front deck. It has a quick clip on one end and I clip it to one of my two bow eyes and unhook it after I get in the boat. I guess I never really thought about what I do with my rope until now? I just unhooked it and put it away?

Hmmm but I will say the thread on the 16mm socket not fitting the drain plug, was considerably more stupid than this one.................

Post Re: Bow rope storage
What kind of knot do y'all use on your bow rope when you tie it to the bow before you figure out a place to stow it? I'm thinking about building a custom bow rope stow box under my front deck and hydro turfing it. I'm not sure what gauge aluminum to use for the box. Should I put a lock hasp on my bow rope storage box so my bow rope is secure while it's still tied to my bow while in underway? If I don't make a bow rope storage box for my bow rope, should I get a bow rope rope to tie the bow rope to so it doesn't come loose so I don't have to figure out another way to store my bow rope? Maybe I can just hire a Mexican to hold my bow rope so I don't need any of the above. Any other suggestions?

How do yall launch yalls boats? On ramps that are split, do you choose the right or left ramp? If I need the to get the boat more to the right, what way do you turn the steering wheel? How far in do I need to back down? Little bunk showing or submerge?

Balloons cause drag and will not let the boat run 41mph. Will only let it run 38.4. These speeds are only if you have a motor like AKA.

I'll go ahead and make this easy for ya boy.

Put one of these on each end of your rope.
Hopefully you can figure out the rest.

Great info I hadn't looked in a few days. I really like the storage compartment Nasty has on his boat Looks very functional. Thanks for the input.
