Deep water still running 22-23 my boat with the 11" 2 people same gear would run same speed ... Can definately notice a difference don't have to trim as high with the 12" Alone I notice maybe .5 mph difference just seemed to carry to load better _________________ 1744 WC Custom 25 GTR
