prodigy is nice! but looking for other builders, just hard to find with all these pages

Thanks yea seen most of those builders but not really what I'm looking for. Guess I'll have to break down and buy a prodigy. How the over all craftsmen ship on the hull? Havnt seen one in person yet.

if you are ever in north ga id be happy to show it off. but heck, if you get up here you might as well stop by his shop. they always have something unique getting built.

Tim's marine in violet,la. Been making great boats for 20+ years. I had one that sat under water for 5 years. Pulled it up with a crane. Scraped the barnacles off and slapped a motor on it. Still running to this day. I believe the hull was a 1983. I now have a 1994 model Tim's with a 90hp yamaha on it. Can't kill these boats. I highly recommend them.

I live in Florida. I want it to be a sharp looking boat for the money I'm gonna be spending. Most boats I've seen look to plain and simple or glorified tracker hull.im looking at flat noise or mod v 1648 hunt deck, catwalks, triple chime, just a few bells and whistles nothing to crazy

Polk county its just south of Orlando, I don't mind driving or Georgia or Louisiana to pick one up

The fit and finish on prodigy are awesome, there are some other builders that do good work too. I recommend checking out one of us that has prodigy, or give chad a call and check out his shop

Thanks for the head up on sportmans fab. They got some nice boat . Right now I'm running a 23 hp mb stage 2 but it's one nasty motor, but if I get a new hull I'll upgrade to a 45

i'm slightly confused, you want something very simple. all of these builders make something you're looking for.

My boat runs 30 with two guys a 65 yeti, 12 gal fuel, about 100 lbs of misc. With the hammer, by myself with a hunt load, bb prop shallow 32 to 34

Frog is from Florida he just got one from cotton mouth customs. It's pretty sick looking check them out.

Definitely give Corey at Cottonmouth a call. I'm about to get my 2nd Cottonmouth in 1 year. Got a 1548 built last year with a 23 copperhead and couldn't stand not having reverse. Getting an 1856 with a gtr 35 built by Corey as we speak. Great people to work with over there, and Corey builds some fine boats. I know it'd be a long trek for you, but worth every penny in my opinion.

*facepalm* custom builders make just as well built if not better in some cases than the cookie cutter manufacturers. How's the koolaid tonite, Jimmy?

True, mine will smoke a gator trax in rough shit all day! May not turn on a dime but for the price I got mine set up WAY CHEAPER!!!

OTHERWISE, good builders from boats I have seen are DFOU, North LA Hunter, and RJ from Texarkana!
