 Pitched and Cupped
Had a prop with a little wear and instead of ordering a new one i decided to take it and get a little cup put back into it and i pitched it. I wanted the pitch because when i'm rolling single i'm all up in 4800 plus but i wont hold it that long. So with the extra pitch what should i expect from the extra cup and pitch in rpms and speed?

 Re: Pitched and Cupped
Lil more speed from pitch and a drop in rpms. It'll probably dig better from the added cup.

 Re: Pitched and Cupped
cupping pulls more rpm than pitching does so u gotta be careful what u ask for I did one for a customer who wanted a 13p with a lot of cup and he couldnt even get on step pulled some of the cup down ran very well after as a 13 with light cupping

 Re: Pitched and Cupped
^^^^ that's right. If you keep the same pitch and put a lot of cup you could drop your rpm to much and loose top end. There is some trial and error that must be done when tweaking props.
