Pintail, how many batteries are you running for your lights and how long does it last? Do you run a trolling motor off the same ones?

I get about 5 hours between the two. If I had two of the same battery I'd get 6 hrs maybe a Lil more. One of the batteries I have on it has a longer life than the other one, it's it's a much bigger battery

You will be using 2 batteries just for the lights, or will they be running other electronics in the boat? Radios, trollers, big motor, etc?

Are the lights able to be run at 24V?

Yea, my lights are 12v or 24v. I have a starting battery that I also keep a hand held q beam in just so I can spot and see ahead of me sometimes and then two other batteries for just my lights

I have a starting battery for my motor and accs. I will be using 2-27 group Deep cycle batteries to run both my 12v troller and 10-27w (9v-32v) led lights.

Run the batteries in parallel then, and run the lights at 12v. pos to pos, neg to neg. Nothing tricky. Just make a jumper from the pos on one batt to the pos on the other, and neg from one batt to the neg on the other.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1427223426.805482.jpg kind of a bad photo. I'll add some new ones tonight. I'm ready for the ice to be gone in a bad way.
