 Re: Mud Motor Rodeo
Riding and eating always sound good. I'm in if this turns into something. I have a Long Tail so I'll be in the back of the pack.

Talk to Westendangler. He's the expert at putting these together.

Muck,
Would you want to all launch int he same place, or just meet up in one spot and then ride, like the Monkey Box tripod?

Interested. Need a target date. There is an annual ride I have been going to here in the southwest corner of GA on lake Seminole. It's usually around the end of July.

 Re: Mud Motor Rodeo
If I drive all the way there I'm leaving on a Thursday and coming back on a Sunday. So I'm going to want to ride Friday, I don't care if I have to launch with others that don't know where they are going, lol, and ride all day Saturday. I'm cool with stopping and eating and what not, but I'm not driving all that way if it's going to be one of these rides where you ride for an hr and stop and bullshit for two and so on and so forth. Sry for the rant. Lol

 Re: Mud Motor Rodeo
There's no mud to speak of on Okeechobee. At least not that you're going to run with a surface drive or longtail for very long. It's either sand or, more likely, semi-hard-pack muck.
So we would just be running vegetation. Lake will be pretty high by then with all the summer rain, as well.
But it's a big d@mn Lake and running for long periods of time certainly won't be out of the question; I've cranked up after a slow morning hunt and put 50+ miles on my rig scouting the west side of the Lake.

 Re: Mud Motor Rodeo
I think the best running is the west side and we should put in at Kissimmee or fish eating creek or somewhere in between for the best ride. But I'll go anywhere that's best for everyone one.
