 Re: baby hogs
If they still on the tit you gonna need to feed them every couple hours. Thats one reason why I let mine go.

 Re: baby hogs
I you think they are really three weeks old you could probably get by without the bottle feeding. Go to the feed store and buy some Purina Pig Show Starter. Offer it free choice. If they eat it good or you may have to transition them. Let me warn you that feed ain't cheap. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to give them 1cc of iron, too.

 Re: baby hogs
Get yourself a pair of small dikes and cut their teeth too if you plan on keeping them. Normally you cut them so they don't tear the sow's teats up but in this case cut them in case they wanna tear ya a new azzhole when they get bigger. If they are boars and you do plan on keeping them you should go ahead and cut the nuts before they get too big. Squeeze one nut at a time, make a slit on the underside just big enough to squeeze his nut out, then pull it out. If there is any tissue hanging out, pull it tight, and scrap it with a sharp knife until it tears through. Spray it with some iodine and repeat on the other side.
