 Extreme metal fabrication
Has anybody had a boat made by these guys? Look to get a 19' x 48" custom duck boat with a gatortail 37. Any opinions welcome

 Re: Extreme metal fabrication
i wouldnt. they heavy as shit and the sport crimp doesnt fade out to the rake. on my 19x48 the crimp stopped about 4ft from the front and looked like a bubble. i had a stock gatortail and only ran 25mph. put a 44 sport v and only ran 27. it doesnt plain off and plows through water. my buddy built 18x48 and had same problem. we both sold boats after one hunting season

I don't have any pics on this phone of mine but it's a typical skiff 17x40. I love it, those guys were great to me, answered the phone every time, good people.

If they answered the phone everytime, they must not be very busy.

 Re: Extreme metal fabrication
Just had a skiff built by them and haven't found a problem with it so far. Easy to deal with Lynn and he did what he said he was. Boat was built within budget and on time. Preforms great and turns pretty good.
