Been looking at these boats and really like the reviews on them. I've run several other bass boats. Just wondering if anyone has one on here. How you like it.

Been in and drove quite a few Gamblers and there's a few guys on the college circuit that run them. Can't speak for a sterling though. They are really fast boats, have ample storage, and drive quite nice. However they do not like rough water. You will get wet, and they will beat on you pretty hard. They drive sort of like a bullet, Allison, stroker, but not quite as fast and light weight, sort of a middle ground between a bullet and the true fiberglass bass boats if you follow me. But if you don't run really rough water very often (true three footers and higher) then they are great. What kind of lakes do you fish and what's your price range? There might be better options.. New to the whole mud boat thing but I've been in and around bass boats and been fishing big tournaments since I was a little kid!

I fish Toledo bend, Rayburn, Falcon, mostly I have run champion, bullet, Bumblebee, Hawk, skeeter, Triton, boats. I really like the 21'bullet but was wanting something different. The new sterling boats are more balanced and weigh a little more. I'm looking at putting a 300hp 4cycle outboard on it. I have a 300 Suz. On my bayboat and I get impressive fuel mileage and power. It pushes a 24' bay boat 55 mph and I burn 15 gal of fuel on a 48 mile trip. Loaded with 4 people and tackle.

Have you ever run a basscat? It might be a boat you'd want to look into. They're set up kind of like a gambler, and are an extremely fast boat that will hold a 300 and have some of the best customer service in the business. And they take rough water really well. Cause I know Personally those 3 lakes get rough. Was in 5-6 footers at Rayburn one day, only speared a few waves in the 520c! Lol. But that's extremely good for a 24 foot bay boat! Those Suzukis are severely under-rated.

I hear good things about the Bcat. Never ran one. I'm looking for a dual console, I'm selling my Harley Soft tail to get another boat. Even thought about trading it. Heck I have 25k in the bike that has 4000 miles on it.

I laid hands on the new bass cat caracal. Fine boat. The layout is very nice, and looked very well finished.

I'm a Basscat fan through and though.. I've run most of the major brands, excepting the more speed oriented (Allison, Gambler, etc), and the Kitty is the way to go for me, hands down.. Get handling, exceptional rough water performance, and she will stand up and roll..

Cougar FTD 250 ProXS spinning a 27" Fury all the way in the corner.. Just keep the pointy end out front..

CB have you ever been on Rayburn in 30 mph NW winds? Because I can assure you there are every bit of 5 footers at the dam before you get into Twin Dikes. When you're in the trough and can't see the top of the rocks on it they're pretty dang big! Lol. But yeah look into the cat. I don't personally run one but my best friend who lives on Rayburn has an eyra and we both love it. And that jag is bad ass if you're going with the 300! And I've still yet to ever hear a negative about a basscat..

I have been there more than once.. I have a house on Rayburn and spend quite a bit of time up there.. You fish any of the late winter / early spring tourneys and your gonna get into the big water... Little Northwest wind and ole Sam gets furious..

I have owned Blazer,basscat,and phoenix. The phoenix has been the best boat by far. They designed them with everything in mind for bass fishing. Great ride, huge fishing platform, and all the storage you could ever want in a boat. Never been in a gambler but seem like really nice boats.

I've heard really good things about Phoenix.. Crawled through a few and they appear to be very well built. Good looking boats too.
