If you make it to Traverse City, stop by my company's headquarters and take a dump in the mailbox.

Check out the 7 wetland wonders on the dnr site. They have a place or two on the west side of the state. I'v been to Point Mouillee and Harsens Island, both nice places. I met some real nice people there too. One guy invited my son and I to the youth hunt last year. We stayed in his guest house right on the St. Clair river. Two other guys invited me up to hunt with them. Nice people, and a real cool place. Good luck

Isnt there a Indian Reservation in this area. They allow lead shot and hunting ducks over bait. Can't remember the reservations name.
