Re: Teal are here! Large flock of teal sitting in the Mississippi River yesterday near Baton Rouge. Drove over the basin and didn't see any but those fisherman were everywhere, must be biting with the river falling.

Re: Teal are here! Went to fish Breton Sunday, and they were as thick as I ever remember seeing them on both sides of Baptiste the whole way to the rocks. If Delta has half as many birds as I saw on Baptiste, should be a great opening weekend.

Re: Teal are here! None here in central la. Catahoula lake is bone dry right now so we don't have any water or teal. Drove out to the delta plantation and there wasn't many teal out there either, and all the flooded fields out by marksville didn't have much. Buddy of mine is up in North Dakota guiding for some big outfitter and sent me a video with thousands and thousands of blue wings last Thursday.
