   |   Re: Admit it, post your stuck pic here! There used during oil spills to not allow the oil to disperse through out a wider range of area. They contain the spill Or At least if we're talking about the same thing ? If so they don't allow the lilies to spread beyond the oil booms or at least till the lilies seeds spread in the spring I'm guessing ? _________________

   |   Re: Admit it, post your stuck pic here! That's on the river side of Carl's pass if you hang the left. Ran over a little gator in the canal and wasn't paying attention coming around the curve. Glad for gator glide. I thought I was gonna have to drag it the rest of the way down the ditch since I lost plane.

   |   Re: Admit it, post your stuck pic here! What did you use to winch to? I've been trying to figure out what to carry in my boat in case I get stuck on a sandbar so I can winch off. Been thinking of a trailer earth anchor that you screw into the ground. _________________

I have pulled trucks out with a winch by burying the spare tire in sand...

   |   Re: Admit it, post your stuck pic here!I say "heavy duty". I mean the biggest mofo I can find a Lowes. Its prolly 3 inches wide or so and thicker metal. I bent to many of the regular gardening t posts. They were to thin. I've broke probably 6 or 7 anchors...the wings just snaped right off.

   |   Re: Admit it, post your stuck pic here!I think marsh mellow made it? I posted this in another thread awhile back but I'll post it again here. Seen one of these in a boat a few weeks ago. Idk about mud but it looks like it would be perfect for any kind of sand. It has a weighted sliding handle and works like a post driver to get it down

   |   Re: Admit it, post your stuck pic here!Mud or sand you need a plow style anchor. The only way to get it unstuck is to drive the opposite way the anchor is set. Does not work for rocls/hard bottom
It's simple. get a mud motor. shoot ducks in the face.
