Re: Anti trespassing devices in the marsh
Still doesn't warrant hurting them. You have defined entrances. If it's that big of a deal, go sit out there and wait on them. I don't in any way condone their actions, but your cameras and visible barrier plan is the correct route. The illegal methods that have been mentioned are just that, and the fallout of any legal proceedings that would likely follow make sure your intent will bite you in the ass, even if they shouldn't have been there to begin with.

Re: Anti trespassing devices in the marsh
At one time, in the 90's and before was not every waterway usable by anyone as long as it was affected by tidal flow? In Louisiana, I am speaking of. Or at least to fish in. Anyone know?

One thing that I've learned is if a waterway like a canal or ditch has a weir or water control structure at the mouth and you cross it. That's trespassing. Sign or not.

Re: Anti trespassing devices in the marsh
So what is the best way to go about locating a hitman if you can't use craigslist?

Re: Anti trespassing devices in the marsh
Put onbstructions over the water then so they see them. Maybe like a long chain with some no private property signs and a pad lock?
