I am by far not a mud flat expert can my 16ft xpress make the ride I would like to come I have a 37gtr. I just don't want to stay stuck the hole time.

You'll be fine, you'll be able to ease into running in the bad stuff. Plenty good folks to help you out if you were to get in a bind.
