 Air driven flounder rigs.
I'm in the process of completely redoing an old flounder rig that my dad used to use. It was driven by a 11hp Honda with a 2 blade prop mounted above the outboard. And the light rack had 4-5 halogen lights powered by a generator. I can't remember much about the rig because I was so young last time it was used. All I remember is how loud it was. Do any of y'all have one of these rigs? If so could y'all share some insight on the best way to set it up. What lights to use is the 11hp motor to small? I believe the boat it'll be on is a 16x60 I'd have to double check.

You might be better off posting in the douche bag forum 2coolfishing.com
Might get a better answer.
But, awesome flounder rig and I hope it works out!

 Re: Air driven flounder rigs.
I have my boat rigged I don't use a fan just the wind and some cane gigging poles we made. TXShockwave here used to build these boats. They would rebuild the alternator to put or more amps at lower speeds / RPM's. May want to send him a PM or try and chat with him.
