I went through there yesterday, I got turned back on 22, right past Ponchatoula HS. So then going back to the interstate got stuck over the tchefuncte because of rubber neckers looking at the river going east. I was late for a date last night. LOL

Lots of people hurting over there.

No, not that I know of. Looks like it's not going to crest as high as they thought.
I had people calling me to bring my go-devil to go ride and play in their yard..haha

I think they started a mandatory evacuation on the lower Amite yesterday. But haven't heard anything else. I think Amite has crested today though.

I-10 is being closed at Orange as flooding moves down river....

Traffic rerouted north to I-20.....
