First background. .. There's 3 couples around my district that when we go on holiday we prank.
It starred on my last trip to Aussie when we stole my friends who were also aways mailbox topper. We started a FB group for this disillusioned mailbox topper and sent photos back daily of it loving the good life overseas.
That resulted in my lawn being fertilized with nitrogen. ..growth doubler.... those bastards grew and grew.

Payback for the offending couple. .. They came home from overseas to find their whole 3 bedroom house srunck wrapped.

I need a new HARMLESS prank for my friends place

Not a house prank but I saw this today and just about fell out of my chair laughing. I'm storing this one for when my wife goes to the oral surgeon next month

Vaseline on the doorknobs on their house or inside the handles on their car
Oreos on their roof or house doors
Peanut butter on their porch (the whole porch, unless you have lots of ants, then don't do this one, could get very ugly)
Bag of dog (or human) shit near the in-cabin intake on their car.
Sex toys or porn magazine subscription delivered with their name on it to their house

Put a couple of hungry goats in their back yard

Swap all of their salt and sugar.
Soft boil eggs and put them back in the container in the fridge.
Take off shower heads and put lifesaver candy in the pipe and put shower heads back on. (no matter how many showers they take, they'll be sticky when trying to dry off until it dissolves)
Rearrange the stuff in their kitchen cabinets.
Turn all of the TV's and radios wide open and then turn them back off.
Rig an air horn under the toilet seat lid on the side they can't see.

Get a few packages of clear gelatin and mix it up in the toilet. After it sets pour enough water on top of the jello do it looks like its just water in there. Pray they have to crap as soon as they walk in.

Take an air compressor over with you and fill their house with balloons

cover the entire floor with solo or styrofoam cups of water.

fill a condom up with caster oil (the kind for stomach aches). tape this on the exhaust manifold of their car. follow them down the road. as soon as the condom melts, it will smoke a lot......like as in a smoke screen smoking. after it burns off all is good. baby oil will work too

I guess we are old fashioned- rubber snakes in between the bedsheets are always great. We have a life sized cardboard cut out of John Wayne that regularly finds its way into bedrooms, behind closed doors, shower curtains, etc. We call it getting "Duked"
We'll also change out fresh eggs for hard boiled wen we visit family.
Cars on jack stands or wood blocks behind the wheels so the drive wheel is just barely off the ground (this can get dangerous fast)
Fill a milk jug with plaster and a small amount of milk back on top and put it in their fridge. You'll be in tears as they try to figure it out.
Easter egg dye in a shampoo container or the shower head. (messy and stains everything so not a very harmless one).

A plastic cup of marbles leaned against the right door on a pair of cabinet doors assuming that most people are right handed.

My personal favorite is to disconnect a battery terminal and tie a raccoon or possum under the hood spread eagle with fishing line so when they pop the hood it lunges forward at them. It's a good way to cause a heart attack.

Put a BB in the valve stem cover, tire will slowly leak down, they take cap off and check tire, everything is good, put cap back on and it slowly leaks down again, will drive a fucker nuts. Haha

Buy 3 mini pigs. Paint 1,2, and 4 on them. Turn them loose in the house about 30 minutes before they get home. They'll be dead tired from traveling and spend hours looking for pig number 3

Had a friend take out an ad in a newspaper for an estate sale at another buddy's place. Date, time, address and had a bunch of pissed off people in his front yard one weekend when they found out there wasn't a sale going on. Just don't include a phone number so they're not tipped off about their upcoming sale!! He filmed the whole thing, it was priceless!

A bunch of crickets would go nice with those balloons...
