He had a lot of different things for sale. It's hard to say what all he had at any given time, but it's certainly worth a shot... Hell, he may even have some beef from some of those cattle that he desperately needed my truck to check on!

Not a cl story but I sold my 67 Chevelle with a stroker motor to a kid and his dad. They wanted to test drive it in the worst way. They finally talked me into it and the dad gets in. First of all it had a ram rod shifter hooked to the muncie 4 speed. He didn't know how to get it in reverse. I showed him and should have known to just not let him drive it. He finally gets out on the road and takes off slowly drives about a 1/2 mile or so down the road and turns around. He lights up the tires and must have hit 8 grand doing a hole shot. (like I wouldn't hear it wtf) He comes back and says his son wants to drive it. (17 years old) I say well you've already bought the mother fucker since you did what you did so go ahead. His kids gets in and lights it up right in front of my house and wraps that fucker around a telephone pole! They just bought a side swiped 67 Chevelle. Had to take them to court to get the money! Judge awarded me the original price I was asking and court costs!

Moral of the story: There are assholes among us and they reproduce! Beware.........
