If we don't have some sort of list than how do we identify the bad guys. To blue I shudder at the thought that at the nba final in California that if the stadium was full of uneducated gun Toters if some boggie man was to start shooting. I wonder what the outcome would be.

We don't need any gun lists or bad guy lists and we don't need the government to protect us from ourselves. In a life or death situation, cops are minutes away. You need to be able to defend yourself, and we need to get rid of all the safe spaces and safe zones and gun free zones, whatever. If one person in that club had a gun and shot back, this story has a different outcome. If three of them rushed the guy and fought back, this story has a different outcome. If we let our teachers take courses and let a select few conceal carry, people wouldn't target schools. These guys are cowards. Most of them will eat their own bullet at the first sign of resistance. They go places where they know people can't or won't fight back.

But, then again, there is considerable LEO presence at things like the NBA finals to include metal detectors and bag searches at entrances. So, less likely to be a probability.

Just put a person on a bad guy list or a no fly list, NO THANKS, that is not security, that is against the constitution.

Due process is the cornerstone of our individual rights given to us by God . And in the constitution's bill of rights, it instructs the government and puts limits on that they cannot infringe upon, which due process is part of that.


What I like about the Bill of Rights, is that it really does not take a scholar to read it. Plain as day. I got a high school edumacation and I can understand it and the commas placing on what it means.

Now, if we can mandate that each person must get insurance. Why can we not mandate that every person get gun safety and shooting classes. Then those that get used to it can purchase a weapon with more classes. Then the next step is conceal carry. The only way out of this is an armed citizenry with knowledge. And get rid of the gun free zones, all that is are free fire zones.
