Suggestions for LED Light Bar Or...?
I'm just wondering what anybody uses for lights on their boats. The past couple years I have gotten by fine using bright flashlights and spot lights, but those dont work very well in unfamiliar areas, or traveling on bigger rivers like the Mississippi or Wisconsin River at 3 or 4 in the morning. Ive looked at KC Hilites for a light bar, but $320 for a 20" light bar is expensive. I know you get what you pay for, but a quick search on Amazon shows many cheaper options. But I also dont want something thats going to last one or two trips and then die. Any suggestions?

go to amazon and search for 'led light bar'. for 50$ you can blind every person that you pass by on the river.

I've bought plenty of the cheap ones from amazon and never had an issue. Just remember to take the lens off and seal it with a quality silicone to keep the water out. Do this before you hit the water and you'll be set.

We spent the money and got a 10in rigid e series led flood light. Ours lights up the shore line perfect and then some in those Mississippi River backwaters!

I'm about to order a 15" kohree LED light bar off amazon. It is the size of two 15" bars stacked on top of each other. It is one of the more expensive ones on Amazon at $133 but it's bright as hell. 14k lumens. I've had another Amazon LED light bar that is 4 years old am works like a champ.
