How are you eating those making "Salmon Patties" out of a Pressure cooker or some other way?

 Re: Texas Fish
Unfortunately here the only good eating fish we can shoot with a Bow is Gar and lately I have not got any big enough to clean. Those Carp are excellent for Cut Bait though. I have known some people that like Buffalo but I rarely are able to shoot those. I went about a Month ago to shoot some Talapia at Fairfield but the Water was too deep to see any. They were there they were catching them with Throw Nets but just could not see them,

Bryce, the main thing I say when people ask me what I miss the most about living in Louisiana. The Reds also love sheeps, dem good eating too. Can't beat Bowfishing for food!

 Re: Texas Fish
I love snook on the grill, but if you leave the skin on it will taste like soap. Permit on the grill are great as well. Unfortunately both are off limits to spearing.

 Re: Texas Fish
To the OP. Grass carp are actually really good eating. The meat is a little boney but the flavor is good. Next time knock a filet off city it in small chunks and deep fry it. Just remember the bones.
