 Pan seared Teal duck...
Threw this together this afternoon for my little buddy. He loves eating duck. I've never really been a fan of it but this wasn't too bad....

I actually soaked these in saltwater for about a week. I think it did some good. So far the only duck I have eaten in the past 20 years has been blue wing teal. Plucked a few last year and roasted them and they were pretty good as well.

Might have to try that, i had the one with kale in it and it was ok. I tried to substitute rice with quinoa but i cant not eat rice with my gravys
