Post HDR clutch issue
My HDR with 30hrs not has been having an intermittent squeal while at idle, in gear. On the throttle you can't hear it. Here are some pictures. Wear looks excessive, any ideas? Also, the seal is not holding the round spring in the ring gear hub.

If its squealing the clutch is probably fucked. Only time we've had an issue like that, it was caused by misalignment. There was sideways pressure on the crank.

I had some warranty work done by a MB dealer. Could they have put it back together wrong?

One more question. The wear is pretty uniform over the plate, could it have anything to do with the magnets inside the transmission cover? Just trying to get it figured out before I put new parts in.

Had the same issue, sent it back to the company for repair/replace. I did notice that the clutch plate was bent, not sure if it was bent from factory or due to operation?

When in forward gear it sounded normal, when in neutral you could here the grinding/squealing sound.

That was a new plate the dealer put on because they crused the wires when the put it back together the first time idk if it was bent or not when they put it on. So that plate has very few hours on it if we're talking about the same thing. I don't see how it could be from operation as this thing has been babied. Mostly ran deep water over the summer. Boat and motor was bought around April/may

Sound was in gear, idling along and wasn't constant
